7/1 Evening Update
The results of Drake's echocardiogram show that the PDA is smaller. It's not closed, but it is smaller. The doctors want to leave it alone as they believe it will close the rest of the way on it's own.
Kennedy's blood tests have come back much better today. They both seem to be enjoying their new feedings every 3 hours & Drake finally had his first stool today! (Yes, this is a big deal)
We have no other news to share which is a good thing. As they say here in the NICU, "no news is good news." Time for mommy & daddy to get some rest as tomorrow is a new day that will bring new challenges.

Yippie!!!! So thankful that Drake's PDA valve is smaller and that Kennedy's blood counts are better. Way to go, Drake, on your new accomplishment today, but I'm wondering who changed that dirty diaper......Mommy or Daddy?

Thank you, Rebecca! Actually, the nurse changed that diaper while we were eating lunch. We were so excited to hear the news when we returned
